Set-up & Clean-up

Your party host will assist you in setting up before and cleaning up after your party

Beverages

Free bottle of water per party attendee. Please no additional food or drinks

Dedicated Party Host

A dedicated party host will assist in whatever your party may need, such as help serve pizza and cake, show you and guests to your party room, etc

Serving

Plates, napkins, cake cutter and plastic-wear provided

When booking online remember that the table location chosen is not guaranteed. Please call a manager if that specific table location is necessary.

At MaxxAir, your safety is our top priority. Our park is designed with numerous safety features to ensure a secure and fun experience for everyone:

Soft Trampoline Walls: Our trampolines are surrounded by soft but strong 8-foot-high walls, preventing any risk of falling off and ensuring you can safely bounce back onto the trampoline floor.

Safety Netting: Extending beyond the trampoline walls, our safety netting is strong enough to contain all jumpers, withstanding significant pressure to keep everyone safe.

Padding: All trampoline springs and steel components are covered with high-quality padding to eliminate any gaps and prevent injuries from exposed parts.

Foam Pit: Our foam pits are filled with over four feet of soft foam and monitored by trained staff to ensure safe usage. Diving headfirst is strictly prohibited to prevent accidents.

Regular Inspections: Our team conducts regular inspections of all trampoline components to ensure everything remains in perfect working order.

Trained Staff: Our staff undergo extensive training to maintain a safe environment and assist in any emergency situations.
